The core of G&M Precision MFG is fueled by a passion to reignite interest in precision manufacturing in the Pacific Northwest. By offering a robust apprentice program, skill center and working directly with manufacturers and educational institutions we help source and secure properly trained employees to build a brighter future for precision manufacturing, our youth, and America.

OUR Mission

At the heart of G&M Precision MFG is Owner, Mark McCallum. With the 20+ years of experience Mark has serving manufacturers in the US and Canada, he always had the intention of creating a best-in class job shop to support a skill-building center.

In 2022 G&M Precision MFG was established in Granite Falls, WA so that he could provide a local solution for manufacturers to alleviate the pains he witnessed in his many years servicing customers.

Mark’s years of experience led him to discover his drive the next generation of machinists to succeed. As a way to connect the community he teaches Mechanical Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Mechatronics at Shoreline Community College. These students are in pursuit of skills that will build their careers in precision manufacturing. Eventually leading them directly to the local job circuit where they hope to have productive, successful careers.
